Job Responsibilities:
· Strategic Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to
Attract top-tier talent.
· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation for technical and non- technical roles.
· Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for talent acquisition.
· Stake holder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand work force planning needs and deliver tail oredhiring solutions.
· Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
· Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competit or hiring strategies.
Requirements:
· Experience: At least 5years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus with related industries.
· Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
· Adaptability: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
· Location Requirement: Must be based in Singapore, as the role does not offer remote working options.
