The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a large scale population-based health research project by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. We are looking for a team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and who is service-oriented and good at time management. The role primarily involves performing dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) scans on research participants within a health screening centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Obtain consent from research participants and perform health assessments including anthropometry, blood pressure measurement and ECG (female only).
2. (Upon completion of training) Perform bone densitometry and whole body composition scans on 20 participants per health screening session, keeping to the turnaround time per participant for that procedure.
3. Review images and perform data entry accurately, noting any observation of anomalies.
4. Analyse images and upload to the research database.
5. Perform regular quality control and calibration procedures and maintenance of equipment.
6. Update the inventory of consumables.

Role Overview:
A fast growing crypto startup in Singapore is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and founder, you will manage social content, engage with our community, plan impactful events, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Your expertise in the crypto industry will help us connect with our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness.
• Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with users, addressing inquiries, and driving discussions.
• Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance community engagement and promote our brand.
• Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to amplify our reach and drive campaign success.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead to align strategies and campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the crypto space.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in a marketing role within a crypto-native company.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation.
• Event planning and coordination experience, with a track record of successful execution.
• Strong networking skills and experience working with KOLs or influencers.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our legal team as a Legal Executive / Specialist (Contracts). This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience, including those without a legal background, who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support the legal team in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the legal team, including calendar management, expense processing, and correspondence handling
• Filing and organisation of confidential legal documents (both physical and digital)
• Maintain department calendars and monitor time-sensitive deadlines for legal matters
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain / retrieve necessary information / documents / approvals
• Translate legal documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Conduct research and prepare relevant materials as may be required by in-house Legal Counsels
• Support the legal team in various ad-hoc initiatives and general office management tasks

Requirements:

• Education and Background:
  • Diploma in Law or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant administrative experience (legal / corporate fields are preferred but not mandatory)
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Chinese
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
