Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care by assessing health, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications/treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document patient information, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide care in high-pressure situations.
• Follow institutional policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Ability to effectively communicate with both children and their parents or guardians.

Will need to do oncall if needed. Will be rostered.

Jobscope:

• Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide post-operative care.
• Pre-Operative Support: Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure comfort.
• Post-Operative Care: Monitor recovery, manage pain, and educate patients on discharge instructions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
