MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organise, implement, execute and manage programmes and activities which support the ministry goals of Oasis Learning Centre and Oasis Tuition ministries. This includes facilitation of stakeholder meetings, coordination with volunteers, students and parents, arrangement of logistics, publicity, record-keeping, and use of appropriate technology, as well as supporting in other ministries that include but not limited to Sunday School and children outreach programmes.

2. Source, recommend, develop, evaluate, and implement tools, courses, materials, and technologies to serve the Oasis faith community and the wider community at Bukit Batok. These include but are not limited to: digital media/materials for tuition, Oasis Learning Centre, devotions, bible study, and small groups.

3. Regularly review and assess, monitor and implement strategies and structures to serve and support the mission and needs of Oasis BRMC Mission.

4. Identify, recruit, train and develop volunteers and lay leaders to take on the role of ministry partners and helpers.

5. Maintain an awareness of the spiritual health of volunteers, and where needed, provide or direct them to pastoral care.

6. Execute all programmes and activities with sound budgeting and financial management, and in compliance with the church policies and guidelines.

7. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This role will involve having to work on the weekends with the flexibility of a day off during the weekday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate certification in the areas of Theology, Divinity, Christian Ministry, Education or other closely-related fields.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:

Essential:

1. Previous personal involvement and experience in youth and children ministry.

2. Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

3. Able to meet deadlines.

4. Strong oral and written communication skills – able to communicate

and work with various levels of staff and lay congregants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance to clinical standards of care and professional code of conduct
• Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure that all essential medical communications are clear and accurately converted
• Administrative support to ensure smooths and efficiency of daily clinic operation
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care of patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery in collaboration with the doctors and the nursing team
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the Doctor and the Head of Clinical Operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Qualification in Nursing
• General Registration with SNB is preferred
• Enrolled Nurse with years of experience/degree in Nursing may also be considered

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar and schedule

- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

- Maintain filing systems and ensure document accuracy and organization

- Prepare briefing materials for meetings

- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other staff on behalf of the executive

- Filing documents and minutes

- Assist in the preparation of documents for meetings

- Perform general office duties as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant is preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High level of discretion and confidentiality

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Min. Diploma / A level
