Key Responsibilities:

ICT Training for Primary 5 & 6 Students:
Conduct the following ICT programmes using school-provided hardware and software:

• Design Thinking Programme
• Scratch Programming
• Powtoons & Microsoft Photo Editor
• Video Project Creation and Graduation Montage Project Creation
• Deliver 10 sessions for each programme per term for Primary 5 and 6 students, covering topics like design thinking, prototype project development, and multimedia content creation.
• Develop and submit lesson plans and student booklets for each programme.
• Ensure the training is progressive, with students gaining increasing ICT competency and a grounding in cyber wellness values.
• Conduct lessons catering to varying cognitive levels.

Digital Media Support:

• Provide digital media creation support for teaching and learning, including:Videography and photography for school events.
• Editing and enhancing photos and videos.
• Creating content for the school’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital media platforms.

Technical Support:

• Offer technical support for school equipment and software, including:Sound systems and multimedia tools.
• School’s staff training attendance system and other in-house software.
• Tablets and laptops used by students.
• Management of the school’s multimedia storage space.
• Provide general technical assistance to the ICT and Admin Departments as required.

Other Duties:

JOB SCOPE

A nurse clinician has the core responsibility of providing a high standard of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and caregivers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reception Duties and Patient Management, including:

• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries.
• New patient registration, update of patient information, and verification of insurance coverage.
• Schedule and manage appointments.

Administrative Support, including:

• Maintain and organize patient records, including medical history, personal information, and billing details.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of medical records and other administrative documents.
• Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests, surgeries, or medical procedures for patients.
• Collaborate with external parties such as laboratories, pharmacies, and insurance companies, as necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, waiting room, and administrative areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing qualification

• Valid BCLS + AED Certificate

Looking for mature, reliable and responsible SNB Registered Nurse who is able to commit 5 weekdays 8am to 3pm and Sundays 10am to 2:30pm.

General Clinic work:

Registration, billing, dispensing medications, answering enquiries, to make appt for patients, sort out lab reports, taking parameters, do ECG, do Urine dipstick test. Check stocks. Give basic HealthierSG counselling. Able to handle situations tactfully and professionally. Keep the clinic clean and tidy.

Clinical work:

Need to be able to do blooding taking and administer IM and S/C injections confidently and accurately. Assist Dr in procedures when needed. Knowledgeable in wound dressings and STO. Able to do Vision Acuity check, HSG counselling, give DM/Gout/special diet advice and exercise advice.

Clinic Admin work:

Claims submissions (SFL, Chas, Medisave, VCDSS claims)

MOM reports submissions for Work permits/Domestic helper check-up.

Stock check and stock take

Able to speak Mandarin and some dialects will be an advantage.
