Job Description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing safe and high-quality patient care under the supervision of staff nurses. You will also assist in patient education activities and attend to requests from patients and relatives.

Job Requirements

• Certificate in Nursing
• Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
• Able to perform rotating shifts

• Provide comprehensive training and education to new and existing nurses in clinical unit, focusing on patient care practices.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision of nursing activities, ensuring that all staff adhere to established protocols and standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations of nursing staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure that nursing care standards are maintained and that all practices conform to the hospital’s quality systems and procedures.
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Clinician to identify training needs and develop appropriate educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and other relevant activities.

Requirements:

• Registered with theSingapore Nursing Board
• At least 3 years of experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, or HDU
• Some experience in teaching / conducting training will be an advantage
