Salary:

• Junior Position: $3,200 - $3,600

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring the proper, efficient, and profitable functioning of the Hotel.

2. Supervise sections in the Front Office, including reception, cashier, telephone, reservation, and baggage services. Monitor staff members’ conduct and job performance and to project a positive corporate image to guests.

3. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests and handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy. Assist in guest check-ins and check-outs.

4. Assist in inspecting rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival, escort VIPs to their rooms and ensure complimentary amenities are provided. Inform relevant departments about VIPs’ arrival.

5. Check the Logbook for messages and follow up actions at the beginning of each shift. Issue keys to authorized personnel only and initiate correspondence regarding enquiries, reservations, and complaints. Monitor housekeeping discrepancy reports and take corrective actions when necessary.

6. Handle security-related matters, such as directing guests reporting incidents or theft and addressing guest conduct issues with the Security Department.

7. Maintain the cash float amount according to expected occupancy. Authorize rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, and acceptance of cheques following procedures and credit policies.

8. Take charge of training all reception staff members, include planning, organizing and conducting on-the-job training.

9. Conduct spot checks on outlets in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

10. Monitor room inventory closely to maximize room utilization and generate higher revenue. Collaborate with Sales to optimize revenue and occupancy from group allotments.

11. Take on the responsibility of evacuating staff members and guests during a fire in the absence of the Safety & Fire Manager. Attend CERT training as required by law and regulations.

Requirements:

O-Levels or equivalent.

At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in hotel operations and management.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

A team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.

Knowledge in Opera System.

Able to lead the team and drive results.

Job Description

The Consultant is responsible for providing functional guidance and expert advice to our banking clients on the configuration of TEMENOS Products and customized developments throughout all stages of projects from initiation to post-live support.

The Candidate should have strong Core banking and/or Private Wealth Management domain experience in a Temenos Suite of projects (T24). Hands-on experience and excellent product knowledge on any of these modules AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments (TPH), Treasury Modules, Securities and Corporate Actions, and or Financial Accounting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Recognized as a specialist in complex functional and business matters. Works independently and in a collaborative nature.

• Analyze client business requirements and relate them to Temenos/T24 product capability
• Writing specifications (BRD’s and FSD’s), when needed, for local development and ensuring the development team have a clear understanding of these specifications
• Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
• Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core banking system
• Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Review client organization, processes, and workflows to propose a 'post-picture' to maximize the benefit from T24 as well as make recommendations on best banking practices or alert on practices that might damage the client's business or contradict legal requirements
• Conduct workshops and demonstrate the product capabilities to meet specific project needs
• Manage the communications with all stakeholders and be a single point of contact for the end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
• Experience in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain will be highly preferred.
• Show in-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules.
• Strong product knowledge of AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps), Securities, and Corporate Actions will be an advantage.
• Experience in Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs will be an advantage
• Show full understanding and ability to leverage the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementation and delivery of T24 Core Banking systems

The Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical guidance and expert advice to our banking clients on the configuration of Temenos Products and customized developments throughout all stages of projects from initiation to post-live support. Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform the roles of Technical Lead, and/or Technical Consultant for the Temenos T24 Core Banking projects from Analyse & Design phase to post-live support.

2. Possess the capability to play integral technical roles as part of large project teams, working with senior management within Technology and Business groups, vendors, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

2. Experience and proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of T24 Core Banking transformation or Wealth Suite projects with hands-on T24 Architecture design will be highly preferred.

3. Techno-functional consultants with both technical experience and Product experts with in-depth knowledge of the below T24 modules are highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities：

• Perform leads generation and cold-calling to acquire new clients.
• Gather information to understand client companies and their industries in order to better cater to recruitment needs.
• Actively source for suitable candidates through internal database, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media platforms.
• Craft job advertisements effectively and appropriately to attract the right talent.
• Screen and interview candidates through the telephone, face-to-face interviews to ascertain information on skills and experience while assessing suitability to the role.
• Prepare candidates for interview and follow up closely at every stage of the selection and recruitment process
• Conduct reference checks; manage the interview process and salary negotiation between clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract data from Murex databases for reporting purposes.
o Design and implement data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
o Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can support decision-making processes.
o Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of reports by conducting thorough testing and validation.
o Provide ongoing support for existing reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
o Stay up-to-date with Murex platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices related to reporting.
o Document report specifications, data sources, and methodologies for future reference and knowledge sharing.
o Collaborate with IT teams and other relevant stakeholders to integrate Murex reports with other systems and applications as required.

Mandatory Skills Description:

o 5+ years of relevant working experience
o Understanding of Murex product functionality to design, develop, and enhance reports tailored to specific business requirements.
o Solid understanding of financial instruments, derivatives, trading, and risk management concepts.
o Proven experience working with Murex software, with a focus on reporting functionality.
o Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
