• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in real estate, facilities operations management
• Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Project and Maintenance Operations includes ACMV, Mechanical & Electrical and Fire Protection services
• Certified in FSM (Fire Safety) has an added advantage
• BizSAFE Level 2 CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency / WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes related certificate

• 5.5 days work week
• Salary: S$6,000 higher (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
