Job description

• Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
• Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
• Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
• ⁠Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc)

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure in AWS, Tencent Cloud, and on-premises IDC environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems using best practices in infrastructure design.
• Configure and manage network equipment, including Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet products.
• Implement and maintain secure connections such as IPSec, SSL, and UPn.
• Optimize network performance and ensure robust system monitoring.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and system provisioning.
• Write efficient scripts in Python, Shell, and Go to automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively using modern monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer technology or related fields.
• Proven expertise with AWS and Tencent Cloud, or others.
• Hands-on experience managing and configuring Cisco and Juniper routers.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., IPSec, SSL, UPn).
• Proficiency in at least one of the scripting languages: Python, Shell, and Go.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform. Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description: Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant to lead an as-is state study and subsequent S/4HANA implementation for a transformative enterprise-level project. This role demands deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), Ariba (procurement solutions), and end-to-end S/4HANA implementation methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. As-Is State Study:Conduct comprehensive workshops with key business stakeholders to document current procurement and materials management processes.
   Assess pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in existing SAP ECC or other ERP landscapes.
   Deliver detailed as-is state documentation, including process flows, system usage, and data architecture.
   
2. S/4HANA Implementation:Define the to-be process model, leveraging best practices for procurement and materials management in S/4HANA.
   Design and configure S/4HANA MM modules, including integration with SAP Ariba.
   Lead data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with new system requirements.
   Develop and execute test plans, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
   
3. Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration.
   Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA adoption strategies and roadmap development.
   Mentor junior team members and act as the point of escalation for critical project issues.
