Job Duties:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing events and campaigns that drive profitability and brand awareness for the company.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing events and campaigns, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in meeting sales objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Monitor events and campaigns performance, analyze results, ensure budget is within the operational guideline and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders across relevant markets and sectors.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to management, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or other related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications with at least 4 years of experience in marketing/advertising/PR agency, preferably from fashion retail or FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with handling marketing projects in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines. Open and able to travel to other Southeast Asian countries for the marketing events and campaigns.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and manage relations with external contractors and suppliers.
• Possess strong project management skills, with excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organized and able to multitask accurately.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Existing relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue, or PR agencies is definitely a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

· Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.

· Collect and analyze information regarding income, expenses, and risk tolerance.

2. Financial Planning:

· Develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals.

· Recommend investment strategies, insurance policies, and other financial products.

3. Investment Management:

· Advise clients on investment options and manage their portfolios.

· Monitor and adjust investment strategies as market conditions change.

4. Risk Management:

· Evaluate clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

· Plan for risk management through diversification and other strategies.

5. Retirement Planning:

· Help clients prepare for retirement by assessing income needs and planning accordingly.

· Advise on pension plans, IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement options.

6. Ongoing Client Support:

· Regularly review and update financial plans based on clients' changing needs.

· Provide continuous advice and support to clients regarding financial decisions.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

· Ensure that all financial advice and actions comply with current laws and regulations.

· Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Experience/Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

· A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

· Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) can be advantageous but are not always required.

2. Licensing:

· Necessary licenses include SCI M5, M9, M9A, HI (SG specific) to sell basic financial products like insurance & investments.

· M8, M8A, M6 licensing for selling CIS/Securities products, if applicable.

3. Certifications:

· Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is highly valued.

· Other certifications like Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) may also be beneficial.

4. Experience:

· Typically, 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or a related role.

Assistant Bar Manager

• Together with Bar Manager, Lead and manage the bar team
• Assist/ create beverage program and Posses a creative flair to create and mix alcoholic beverages that pushes the boundary of flavour and experience aligned with the Potato Head experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Spend ample time in lobby to welcome and solicit guests for feedback.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for routine operation of QC lab, including but not limited to:

• Manage the routine operation of QC team to ensure the business delivery at the right quality, cost and speed.
• Management several sub-teams like product testing group, and microbial group
• Lead the team to comply with internal requirements in all aspects via end-to-end quality control system oversight
• Ensure all the activities in QC team performed with compliance of cGMP, data integrity and EHS requirement

Qualifications:

• A good understanding of the overall view of the drug development process
• A thorough understanding of the principles and management of cGMP compliance, and a strong quality mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing or developer marketing channels such as content, event and community marketing, direct emails and social media.

• Strong stakeholder management
• Project management skills and experience including websites, social media, reporting and managing vendors and agencies for content creation and review.
• Have agency experience, particularly in customer success, sales, PR, analytics and customer advocacy.
