General Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to achieve the company’s vision and goals. To works closely with the executive team, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the agency's long-term vision, strategic plans, and goals in line with market trends and business objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Review and approve financial reports, manage risks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the agency's reach and service offerings.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and tour operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including sustainability practices.
- Brand and Reputation Management: Uphold and enhance the company's brand reputation by ensuring high-quality services and client satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the travel or tourism industry, ideally with an inbound focus.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and business development skills.

- Deep understanding of the inbound travel market in Singapore and Asia-Pacific.
