The Data Science and AI/ML team collaborates across the organization to identify, develop and deliver Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) powered software solutions that improve patient outcomes, delight our partners and customers, and improve the way we do business in an “AI First” fashion. On any given day, the team could be working on building sophisticated models to delivering personalized recommendations to patients to improve their sleep, identify optimal equipment and settings using our unparalleled store of billion+ nights of sleep data, proactively identify other health risk factors, or help optimize complex, global supply chain operations. As a Technical Program Manager in an agile Medical Software Product Development environment, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of complex programs of work. You will work with internal technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, external groups, suppliers and other organizations, with a focus on delivery of value to customers, both external and internal. What you will do:

• You will be responsible for program planning and tracking, focusing on regular and timely delivery of value to end customers
• Work with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments to the businesses and sync points with other teams
• Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required, ensuring resolution to program issues, managing resource constraints, dependencies and timing challenges and syncing dependencies across teams
• Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Provide status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and issues for assigned program
• Manage software release activities and documentation, including coordination with all applicable stakeholders
• Establish and regularly review key team metrics including resourcing, and performance trends.
• Ensures stakeholder input is properly represented in the decisions regarding assigned projects or programs
• Consistently works to ensure complete transparency regarding the prioritization, content and direction of the program.
• Contribute to defining and improving delivery management processes to better support your team and stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Combination of education and 7+ years of work experience will be considered
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience working directly with multiple agile ML ops teams
• Extensive experience with the toolset and technology specific to the GenAI projects, including but not limited to machine learning frameworks, natural language processing tools, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Experience working on or building MLOps platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in implementing and managing MLOps practices to streamline machine learning workflows.
• Proficiency in using tools and technologies specific to MLOps, including automated machine learning pipelines, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models.
• Knowledge of best practices for monitoring, maintaining, and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
• Understanding of the Data Science software development lifecycle is required.
• Experience of Data Management to lead and organize short- and long-term planning of use cases within the bounds of data policy and regulation.
• Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment.
• Experience managing programs in highly matrixed agile software development cultures while leading two or more teams at a time
• Experience in interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies
• PSM I, CSM, PMP desired
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, along with outstanding time management and organization skills; adept in problem-solving, facilitating decision-making, and resolving conflict.
• This role is based in Singapore and will cover the India, Singapore & US operations region. The candidate should be flexible with timezone.
• Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and automation of infrastructure using Chef and Terraform.
• Develop and manage Chef cookbooks, recipes, and roles to configure and maintain infrastructure.
• Write, test, and deploy Terraform modules for provisioning cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline provisioning, management, and scaling of infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain templates and policies for creating and managing cloud resources using Terraform.
• Leverage Chef for configuration management and to automate server setup, deployment, and patching.
• Ensure consistency across environments by managing infrastructure as code.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using configuration management tools.
• Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Network teams to align infrastructure goals and deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure is compliant with relevant standards, including data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and optimize infrastructure performance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Provide support for incident management and resolve issues related to infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and system reliability.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Management, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
• Handson expertise in Chef (cookbooks, recipes, and roles) and Terraform (modules, state management, and providers).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Ruby
• Familiarity with Ansible or other configuration management tools is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and infrastructure monitoring.
• Working knowledge on devops and CI/CD pipeline.
• Strong understanding of version control systems such as Git.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Corporate Banking unit to provide expert advisory on cash management, corporate internet banking, and trade finance products.
• Gather and analyze market information to drive product innovation and optimization.
