Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the permanent and/or executive search landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for permanent and/or executive search hiring that aligns with company goals and market demands.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the recruitment space to enhance service offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection to attract top talent.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and adjust offerings as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment service business, with at least 4 years in leadership roles focused on permanent hiring.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating daily management operations

* Delivering superior food service and maximizing customer satisfaction

* Organize and supervise shifts

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 10am – 9pm (Shift), Weekend 10am- 7pm (Shift)
Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 Basics + Comms (Gross = $$3,500 - $5,000)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide facial care, back care, and full body hair removal.
• Provide professional advice based on customer needs, understand customer skin problems, and develop personalized care plans.
• Maintain the hygiene of beauty equipment and work environment.
• Handle customer appointments and consultations.
• Take comparison pictures and videos and provide high-quality customer service.
• Regularly participate in training to keep up with the latest beauty trends.
• Working hours: full-time (shift work required, including weekends and holidays).
