Handle daily operation of the tea shop such as cashiering, brewing of tea, portioning, packaging, preparation of snacks and cold brew preparation.

Maintain and upkeep the image of the shop.

Additional roles of Assistant manager:

Monitor marketing efforts and schedule digital content roll out.

Learn to conduct Tea workshops.

Conduct private tea sessions for private bookings.

Must be able to work one weekend day.
