Platforms and Transformation (“P&T”) is the team responsible under BOS Global COO (“GCOO”) to build and manage strategic programme for Bank of Singapore. The team is responsible for strategic initiatives including the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme, Group Wealth Platform Programme. The team is also in charge of financial markets and client data as well as the Agile practice at BOS. x

Reporting to the Head of P&T Management Office, the CLM Business Programme Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of Client Lifecycle Management programme. This programme will enhance the lifecycle of client engagement, ensuring compliance, enhancing the client experience, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of client lifecycle management processes.

Main Duties:

Role and Responsibilities

Programme Leadership:

• Implement the Target Operating Model of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of CLM initiatives and system implementationEstablish and maintain key programme level artefacts to monitor delivery progress
• Coordinate the preparation of material for, and facilitate the CLM Programme Steering Committee
• Manage implementation planning – giving consideration to technical go live, data migration, business rollout and process transition

Project Management:

• Manage multiple initiatives and project phases simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Utilise project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on status

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, consultants, project managers and internal project teams
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve CLM objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure impediments, risks, and dependencies are escalated and addressed in a timely manner

Performance Monitoring:

• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CLM processes
• Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly

WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Minimum years of experience in programme or project management, preferably in Client Lifecycle Management or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a Programme Manager role
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities:

· Business Analysis

-Conduct in-depth analysis of the branch's operating trends, profitability, and other key performance indicators.

-Enhance the professionalism, pro-activeness, and foresight of business analysis, aligning with advanced peer industry standards.

-Prepare high-quality monthly business analysis reports and statements for submission to the Head Office and Branch’s senior management.

-Provide meaningful operational insights and actionable recommendations.

· Budget Management

-Develop overall budget targets for the branch, including detailed calculations for existing and incremental business volume.

-Consider factors such as exchange rate and interest rate fluctuations, business progress, and asset-liability repricing.

-Formulate scientifically sound overall budget targets and quarterly development goals.

· Strategic Planning Support

-Assist in the calculation and formulation of the branch's strategic planning goals.

-Benchmark against advanced peer strategies and business models to enhance the branch’s strategic planning capabilities.

Requirements:

· A recognized University Degree, preferably in, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Statistics or related fields.

· At least 5 years of relevant work experience in audit, financial analysis, and data processing. Preferably with working experience in banking and financial services industry.

· Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work independently.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skill, proficiency in the use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint /Access.

· Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as incumbent is required to understand Chinese documents from Head Office

As the Senior Manager, Global Facilities Construction & Project Management at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be partnering with Central Engineering, South Asia Regional and Site Construction Directors across different geographies in South Asia to deliver multi-billion annual construction projects critical to Micron’s continuous growth.

You will be leading the Global Construction & Project Management organization and will be responsible for developing global construction roadmap and strategy, optimizing construction management process and controls to ensure projects are successfully and safely delivered on time and within budget. This includes, but will not be limited to, managing change and assessing the operational and financial risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project management tasks.

You will report to Micron’s Senior Director of Global Facilities & Construction, South Asia Regional and collaborate with global and regional departments from Facilities and Constructions, Planning, Finance, Procurement and Manufacturing groups in both Front-End and Assembly & Test groups, and team members across the company at all levels of the organization (including C-level) to help optimize Micron’s construction performance.

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) or equivalent
• Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
• Cost and Schedule management experience.

Minimum Experience & Skills:

• Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years’ experience in construction with minimum 5 years in managerial role as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects.
• Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments.

• Develop, analyse market trends and implement sales strategies for supermarket / petrol kiosk / convenient store accounts to achieve revenue targets.
