Job Description

As an Accounts Executive/ Senior Executive, he/she will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager with the daily financial and human resources operations. He/she will report to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Accounts Receivables (“AR”) function, including processing daily receipts, bank postings and other key functions;
• Supporting Accounts Payable (“AP”) function, including performing three-way matching, arranging payment and other key functions;
• Supporting Fixed Asset Management (“FAM”) function, including maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and perform tagging on newly acquired assets;
• Prepare and support the filing of quarterly GST reports;
