Job Responsibilities :

• Continuously optimize existing system performance and security
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of system infrastructure
• Maintaining the security posture, identifying, and remediating vulnerabilities by using a variety of security tools, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations
• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure high availability of the systems including the use of suitable monitoring systems to preempt or quickly resolve any network issues including appropriate security and back-up processes
• Server administration, monitoring and maintenance that includes tasks such as creation of new users, server patch management, server upgrade and updates etc.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and standards e.g Incident Management and Change Management within the team
• Facilitate high level functional specifications discussion and participate in system integration testing with Infrastructure and Application team
• Support ad-hoc IT project deployment (migration, setting up new antivirus software, change of equipment etc.)
• Install, support and maintain for IT software system such as Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, Windows 11 etc
• Monitoring and remediation of risk events from Azure and Office 365 security and compliance dashboards

Pre-Requisites :

• Good working knowledge of infrastructure monitoring
• Good knowledge of network and server security best practices
• Experience with servers administration
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10 /11, Office 365, Windows Server OS, Sharepoint, Microsoft SQL, Office Suite)
• Team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Responsible to deploy and Maintaining Server (Windows or Linux) deployed in Cloud Infrastructure
• Ensure that all OS, software and cloud services are up to date to support the cloud infrastructure
• Provide support related to customer issue with the Cloud Infrastructure.
• Work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Server Administration or Red Hat Linux Administration
• Have at least one server certification (with the same level or higher) E.g. :Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);
  Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Familiar with Infrastructure technology such asLinux : Nginx, Apache, Linux Repo, Squid;
  Windows : Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, IIS
• Linux Background, have RHEL Certification or RHCSA Cert with at least 3 years+ experience in Linux
• A good understanding of networking will be preferable: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS
• Knowledge of some basic security concepts (User Management, OS Hardening)
• Good communication skills
• Has experience in AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Load Balancing, Route53, VPC Private Link) and/or Azure (VM, VNet, Storage Account, Azure LB, Azure SQL, Private Endpoint) will be preferable
• Candidate with scripting skills (Powershell, Bash, Python, NodeJs, etc), will be extra value.

To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and comissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
• Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
• Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
• Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
• · Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Candidates with ITEand/ or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply
