Our client, a well-known manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Support/Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and manage partner relationships effectively.
• Engages in communication with partner company and distributors to facilitate business operations.
• Support sales activities, including generating quotations and submitting requested documents/materials.
• To provide products technical support to customers and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Sales engineer, Service Engineer, or Support Engineer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to support partner activities in designated regions, primarily in Southeast Asia.

· Experience with IaaS or PaaS systems such as: o AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud Foundry, OpenShift/Kubernetes, OpenStack

· Fundamental understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, forward and reverse proxies

Familiarity with concepts such as: Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Design, Behavioural-Driven Design, and 12 factor application design

Key Responsibilities:

• PAM Solution Design: Design and implement sustainable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk, translating access rights requirements into effective configurations.
• Configuration and Documentation: Configure, test, and document CyberArk solutions in collaboration with the PAM Product Manager, ensuring comprehensive training and knowledge transfer.
• User Collaboration: Engage with product managers, architects, and users to refine role and authorization (R&A) requirements, conducting workshops and user tests to validate PAM designs.
• Product Support: Provide Level 3 support, overseeing user acceptance testing and facilitating training sessions. Support users post-implementation and manage change requests.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation of the IAM product, including user guides and functional specifications, while proactively identifying improvements for user experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or Design; CyberArk/PAM certification is mandatory. ITIL certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within international organizations, with strong experience in implementing CyberArk/PAM solutions and conducting rollouts.
• Extensive knowledge of PAM and CyberArk, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and provide knowledge transfer.
• Must be able to accommodate European working hours for project collaboration and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of SoD concepts is a bonus.

Experience in the WOG environment.

• Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals and mobile devices – Windows and Apple Platforms

• Escalate and work with second or third level support/third party vendor on resolution of problem when necessary

• Maintain hardware inventory at assigned locations

• Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup

• Provide with both remote and onsite support for multiple locations, if required

• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems

• Assist with network connectivity issues

• Provide great communication and customer service to company employees in person and through phone calls and emails

• Work on assigned tasks and projects including hardware and software rollouts

• Work with hardware / software vendors, whenever required

• Provide training when needed help facilitate users requests and in the implementation of company project

• Provide VPN support including end-user setup and problem

• Work closely with other support teams (client support team, application support team, server support team)

• Develop and document IT operational processes whenever required

• Manage Active Directory - User/ID creation, delete, reset, update, distribution, list/security and accesses

• Assist on AV setup in meeting rooms for conference calls and meetings

• Provide regular checks and maintenance on system health of the meeting rooms

• Provide back-end support for live event broadcast

• Support ad-hoc IT project deployments

• Attend meetings to update current projects

• Attend trainings provided by the company

• Perform procurement/RMA duties as and when required and liaise with vendors, keep track of orders and update users or IT team on delivery status
