Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• Supervision of C&S and Architecture works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s works on site.
• Strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Supervision and manage site supervisors with respect to C&S and Architecture Work.
• Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce commissioning sequence & commissioning plan as per project requirements
• Liaise with vendors , contractors to prepare testing scripts required for data center equipment and services commissioning and submit them to related authorities
• Produce Testing and commissioning schedule and analyze commissioning critical path
• Laise with construction team for commissioning requirements to ensure commissioning milestones are achieved
• Laise with equipment vendors with their testing equipment set up and their requirements to ensure they can be accommodated on site for testing.
• Ensure and track the commissioning activities are been carried out as per schedule
• Track , record and update of commissioning status per weekly basic
• Chair weekly commissioning meetings with vendors , suppliers , contractor and consultant
• Issue weekly commissioning reports and commissioning and scripts tracker status
• Log commission issues and resolve them together with vendors/contractors and suppliers
• Lead Testing and Commissioning FAT, SAT activities with vendors , contractors and consultants.
• Consolidate and validate the testing reports and document them per day to day basic
• Arrange logistic Heaters, Data Loggers , PQA , Test PC, temporary CAC , HAC requirements for Heat Load Test & IST.
• Support commissioning agent for HLT and IST by leading all vendors , suppliers and contractors.
• Close out of all T&C issues and hand over the Documents as part of OMM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data center testing and commissioning or a similar role.

• To carry out servicing, troubleshooting and rectification of electrical equipment/systems on client's premise or onboard vessels.
• To write up service report for work carried out.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the electrical field, preferrably in the marine and offershore sector.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo.
• Manage source code repositories and workflows using Bitbucket.
• Administer and optimize Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Nexus Repository and Nexus Firewall.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

· Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency

Skills/Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 4-6 years of experience in DevOps or a related role.

· Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus Repo, and Nexus Firewall.

· Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

· Experience with code quality and security tools (e.g., SonarQube).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
