Ensure that the security infrastructure deployment and configurations align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational security policies. Provide Level-2/Level-3 Support for our service portfolio, including shared on-call duty (remote). Collaborate closely with our Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders. Initiate, manage, and implement changes to our security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate worldwide Internet Breakouts and VPN Services for Bosch Users and partners.
• Ensure security infrastructure deployments and configurations comply with industry standards, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for the service portfolio, including participation in shared on-call duty (remote).
• Work closely with Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Initiate, manage, and implement changes to the security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

• Provide printer equipment demonstration, installation and technical support to customers and sales team
• Provide phone and on-site support, maintenance and servicing, trouble-shoot and repair of printer equipment and its supplied software
• Conduct regularly onsite equipment maintenance and servicing for members
• Develop training materials and conduct printer and software training to both external and internal customers
• Provide printing service support to customers and sales team
• Provide administrative support to ensure proper filing of service records

• Develops, implements and maintains the Quality Management system according AS & ISO standards.
• Ensures all Corrective and Preventive actions are closed timely.
• Organizes and leads annual internal, external and customer audits.
• Organizes parts replacement for all customer’s complaint and feedback by resolving them in a timely manner.
• Ensures all measuring equipment are calibrated.
• Formulates, establishes a quality plan for outgoing inspection check on all parts.
• Reviews and to provide disposition for all items in the Quarantine area.
• Prepares Quality Performance metrics and reports to management.
• Drives supplier improvement plan/actions effectively.
• Conducts supplier process audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and drive improvements via statistic controls.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 years experiences in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge in Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Strong and Competent Problem-Solving Skill and Statistical Process Control.
• Experience in managing the Customer Requirement and Complaint.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word etc)
