Responsibilities:

• Support the team in building a cohesive and quality solution by conducting thorough testing and automation (functional testing, regression testing, integration testing).
• Aims to write test-cases with easy testability, readability, future automation, edge cases, errors & negative scenarios in mind, and proficient in test-cases management.
• Prioritize, estimate & plan testing activities while contributing to the increase in test automation coverages.
• Support the team with TA best practices, environment setups including test-data preparations.
• Assure QA policy & procedures are followed before critical app releases.
• Constantly automate regressions and repeated executions.
• Work closely with peers & stakeholders on improvements & coordination for issues’ troubleshooting.
• Write clear documentation for existing projects or proposals as well as willingness to conduct sessions when needed.

Job Description:

• Familiar with HVAC offshore / marine regulations and rules, such as, SOLAS, ABS, DNV, NORSOK, ASHRAE, ISO 7547, 8861 etc.
• Preparation of cooling load calculation, ventilation system design, air conditioning design, pressure drop calculation, duct sizing, grille/diffuser sizing, material take off etc.
• Responsible for HVAC equipment sizing and selection.
• Preparation of P&ID, D&ID and ducting layout drawings etc.
• Preparation of electrical single line diagram, cable block diagram, control diagram, termination diagram, electrical load calculation HVAC system logic diagram, HVAC Cable schedule etc.
• Create shop drawings based on client given information, specifications, calculations and drawing to incorporating all details of shop drawingsMake the drawings in keeping with company standards
• Provide MTO based on drawing details
• Able to read P&ID drawings, update as-building (e.g. redline)
• Explain drawings to Production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary
• Clarify and solve problems raised by production
• Provide technical support for project management
• Coordinate with team members and other discipline

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in the same field
• Must be able to work in an environment with schedules and priorities
• Hands on knowledge on AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge and experience with SpoolGen set up for project will be advantage
• Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
