Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, control and Support day-to-day Plating manufacturing operations to meet department and company business objectives.
• Support in Quality Key Performance Indicator for the Department.
• Support in any analysis and troubleshooting of any production troubles.
• Support in optimization of Plating production & resources.
• Ensure & sustain Plating Production process and engineering functions.

• Cultivate and educate the operators awareness and sensitivity including observe work instructions to meet quality objectives and production targets for output and yield.
• Control nonconforming products, that are to segregate, dispose or held for further disposition.
• Observe Safety and 5 ‘S’.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
