Purpose and Scope

Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Site supervision of works
• Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, , external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors
• Review all design, construction and shopdrawings
• Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shopdrawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc
• Ensure works are carried-out safely on site
• Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Job scope

• Generate M&E co-ordination shop drawings.
• Evaluate and resolve M&E problems with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Attend principal meetings with client and consultants.
• Prepare M&E progress report or any other reports required by the client or consultants.
• Collect operational manuals from suppliers / sub-contractors on completion of project for submission.
• Check and ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
