Founded in Singapore in 2004, Akribis Systems is a motion control company that provides high precision direct drive motors. We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion.

We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.

More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Department Overview:

Aristos focus on creating customised state-of-the-art automation solutions for all possible industries. By utilising Akribis Systems' direct drive linear and rotary system, we are able to achieve high speed and high precision assembly, inspection or testing solution for our customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design of electrical schematic diagram, single line diagram, cable harness and build, for motion controller systems, device and sensors, used in Industrial automation machine and equipment.
• Liase with supplier and vendors to manage cable assembly and electrical control box build up
• Assist and supervise electrical control box build
• Creation of Bill of Material of cables assembly and electrical component used in project
• Ensure design meets project required milestone and timeline
• Overseas travel is required for field installation and field support

• Candidate must process at least Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Engineering, Semiconductor and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position.

Platform Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Hadoop, Apache Spark, and related Big Data technologies.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to manage large-scale data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, data models, and pipelines that support banking applications and analytics.
• Domain knowledge in catering to liquidity and capital reporting requirements with in-depth knowledge and experience in Moody’s product, BIS, ALM Fermat, RCO and RAY tools.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and transformation.
