Currenlty, we are assisting one of our clients to lookout for Desktop Support Enginer, fro Associate to Senior Levels , on a 12 months contract, renewable.

Responsibilities

· Day to day varies from phone/email, project-based work

· Responding to calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment

· Answering tickets via phone/email/chat and own resolution of all incidents & requests to closure

· Maintaining hardware inventory in designated site pantry & inventory management tools

· Shipping and receiving of assets

Supporting remote workforce – troubleshooting and diagnosing root cause of issues to resolution

Qualifications

· 1+ years of Experience as Deskside Support technician (hardware configuration & support)

· Proficient in troubleshooting experience with Windows OS

· Prior experience troubleshooting utilizing remote support tools

· Prior ServiceNow ticketing system experience

· Ability to troubleshoot first call resolutions while being able to multi task hardware related issues

· Support Installs, Moves, Adds, & Changes

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively & professionally with employees at all levels of the organization

· Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Monitor project activities.
• Report to the Section Manager/ Department Manager.
• Maintain and control project site and safety.
• Verify project deliverables with site documents.
• Report site/ safety deviations or issues on projects to the Section Manager.
• Attend/ Conduct toolbox meetings.
• Report and assist the Section Manager/ Engineer in project deliverables.
• Participate in department EHS activities.
• Assist with maintenance activities.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition and update cost summaries as required.
• Maintain project document filing and organize documents.

• Supports the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
• Raises queries to Client or handles Client’s clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
• Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Improve / Create the efficient code merge process to the target codebase
• Configuration management
• Ensure accuracy and quality of installed system, perform functional and sub-system testing
• Be part of system safety group and ensure that safety measures are taken at all times
• Prepare system technical documentation and ensure smooth hand over of the system to operations and maintenance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• Programming skills in Python and C++
