Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons, helping students grasp key concepts and complete their daily homework and spelling tasks.
• Supervise and care for primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring their safety and well-being from school to the student center.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about students’ behavior and learning progress.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the center, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Head.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to guide all 4 primary school subjects: Chinese, English, Math, and Science. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to guide students in the Chinese language subject.
• A demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
• Previous experience teaching children, especially at the primary level, is preferred.

ROLE SUMMARY

To lead the operation overall activities towards the maximum profitability of its short-term and long-terms goals on the same strategic guidelines of the organisation vision and mission at Head Office, in Japan.

A. THE JOB

1. Provides credible comprehensive research information and reports to facilitate business opportunities development at progressive market channels, benchmark leading-edge influential practices that integrate into corporate efforts to monitor and evaluate results to secure maximum productivity.
2. Establish and maintain positive network with local, international business and government authorities at India with ethical business governances.
3. Preparation of preliminary bi-annual budgetary (revenue and cost) to Head Office.
4. Monitor business revenues and scrutinize cost expenditure within approved budget.
5. Establish work procedures and ascertain schedules are operational effective.

B. THE PERSON

1. A strategist with soundtrack record in organizational abilities of fiscal management, budgeting and measures of performance.
2. Dynamic management skills to steer complex and multi-faceted projects to attain desirable directions for organizational growth and profitability.
3. Personal attributes of integrity and credibility, strong crisis management skills, good cross-cultural interpersonal communication skills and an analytical mind for details to solve problem meticulously.

C. PREREQUISITE

1. A bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably engineering though not an essential.
2. At least 25 years of experience in the electronics industry with 7 years of executive Management acumen role in the Sales / Marketing operation environment.
3. A flair in Japanese Language to service / solicit existing and new markets respectively.
4. Regional business environment experiences would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Guide student on their school homework and assignments
• Conduct daily student care and school holiday programs
• Monitor and record the student’s progress and ensure that learning goals are met
• Develop and implement new lesson plans and other creative activities
• Create a fun and interactive learning environment
• Communicate with parents on their child’s learning progress
• Provide administrative support for the centre’s operations and events
