Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of HR and administration experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.

Governance

15 plus years of experience in events management, sponsorships activation and/or conference producing
Proven track record of delivering successful event strategy and execution for global, large-scale events (virtual, physical and hybrid formats)
Strong business acumen and analytical experience
Banking / B2B financial institutional industry experience an advantage
At least a Bachelor’s degree in a business, communication or marketing discipline.
Able to work with senior management to develop and roll out approved strategy
