We are looking for an Account Director who can lead client groups and teams to successfully plan and deliver services in one or more of our core service areas.

As an Account Director, we look to you to proactively lead and manage both your internal teams and your clients, delivering the best solutions that We Are Social can offer. You will have the responsibility, together with the wider Management Team, for developing and driving forward existing business, building, and developing your client relationships, demonstrating real ‘thought’ leadership and helping to bring in new business into the agency.

We also expect you to keep abreast of the industry for emerging trends and creative practices, educating not only your own team, but also the wider team at We Are Social. We also look to you to continually keep your clients updated and engaged with relevant industry practices.

Some of the key duties will include:

• Deliver account management leadership and ownership over assigned key client accounts, and new business opportunities by building enduring senior-level relationships between clients and the agency through trust, credibility, and expertise
• Shape and drive vision, direction, and activities for the accounts through a rigorous understanding of the key dynamics, strategies, and drivers of the clients’ businesses
• Lead operations and implementations of social-first but not social-only integrated marketing communications campaigns at a global and regional level
• In charge of setting the communications directions given to various agency departments ensuring that the Client brief is clear and actionable, able to give direction for multiple projects and accounts
• Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals and production and media implementations
• Control the financial health of assigned key client accounts as well as detail-oriented adherence to all related project financial administrative requirements – job charges, campaign budgets and cost controls
• Inspire, coach, and nurture the growth and progression of the assigned account management team
• Building strong internal relationships across each department to ensure a good working environment between all departments
• Champion the Agency’s vision and mission

Sales Director

As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Sales Director to join us to help us with our next phase as we continue to develop our operations across APAC. You’ll work with our management team to own and manage the sales process, set up commercial targets, and build a solid pipeline of new business opportunities. You’ll have the trust and empowerment of the management team to move the needle. 

Role: 

• Drive new business strategies and nurture opportunities from new and warm leads.
• Drive and own new business opportunities while expanding on existing markets and proactively increasing market share.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. 
• Implicitly understand the company’s USP to promote and cross-sell services to relevant target companies.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute agency sales and marketing strategies to acquire new and develop existing commercial opportunities.
• Measure all sales activity using various tools and software to evaluate the success, pivoting according to effectiveness in real-time.
• Raise the agency's profile by effectively communicating our value proposition, services, and results throughout targeted channels.

You: 

• Minimum of 10+ years in the industry, 5+ years in a pure new business role in an advertising, creative, digital or marketing agency.
• Driven by commercial targets and achieving success in a high-growth environment.
• Relationships with senior decision-makers in technology, FMCG, financial services or relevant industries are essential.
• Experience managing a full-funnel sales cycle is a must.
• Able to demonstrate leadership and decisiveness with limited oversight and easily navigate various levels, roles and personality types.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proven experience with creating high-level presentations for a broad range of audiences.
• A positive individual who can motivate and inspire.

What a Director, Issuers solutioning and Alias Commercialization does at Visa:

Building a strong Visa Direct card network ecosystem with instant payment capability is the foundation in accommodating launch of new use cases.  However, instant payments between accounts can be hindered by two parties needing to share account information with each other. The usage of a proxy, also known as an alias, reduces transaction friction for users. An alias generally refers to a mobile number or email address used for sending or receiving payments.

As a Director of Issuers solutioning and Alias Commercialization, you will be a leader who understands the strategic, commercial, and technical considerations to accelerate Visa Direct card network acceptance and adoption of Alias payments across Asia Pacific. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in AP markets, regional hub and global product owners to motivate, influence and provide advice or direction.  

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Develop and own go-to market strategy for Aliasing which includes building Issuers readiness and driving commercial success in launching alias payments. 
• Work with regional stakeholders, global product owners and cross functional teams (e.g. sales and business development, in-market products, risk, compliance, client services) to execute against this strategy and achieve the revenue target.
• Identify and provide key insights and trends to our client facing stakeholders with presentation materials, case studies, best practice guides, webinars and trainings.
• Assess market requirements against strategic drivers and recommend appropriate technical, commercial investment, or strategic solutions to solve complex problems or to leverage opportunities.
• Provide direction on commercial objectives and outcomes including agreements, rules and guides, pricing, and exceptions.
• Actively engage and work with issuers, clients and partners in markets, promoting the product value proposition, UI/UX, functionality and integration requirements, adjusting approach as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and business development team to build aliasing pipelines and deployment plans in key priority markets, including determining high potential client targets to deliver revenue objectives.
• Senior management updates and reporting providing overall status including remediation and escalations.
