ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You’ll lead TNF sourcing strategy & global allocation team. Focus on building mid to long-term allocation & source base strategy, execute pre/in-season allocations and capability management. Foster strong partnership with global and regional brand leadership stakeholder network.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
• Partner with brand, development operations and cross functional teams to design TNF apparel sourcing strategy and sign-off strategy jointly with Sr Director, TNF Sourcing and VP Apparel Sourcing
• Establish a holistic allocation approach and vendor portfolio that considers vendor capabilities and capacities, duty optimization, materials availabilities, risk mitigation, and vendor performance. Articulate the strategy to brand partners to get buy-in.
• Partner with brand and finance to establish 3-year allocation plan and to execute pre-season and in-season allocation.
• Partner with planning to streamline forecast handover processes, and to ensure capacity is being built in areas of need.
• Link the Global Materials Supply and Costing teams to improve synergy between fabric/ trims and garment sourcing.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the source base and engage development operations to build vendor capabilities.
• Lead strategic initiatives (e.g. product guideline) for our business practices enabling change and improved performance.
• Drive innovation in our business processes such as development calendars, vendor led initiatives, speed to market solutions.
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Years of related professional experience: 10 years, with 5 years in managerial roles.
Educational position requirements: Academic Degree. Business administration, supply chain management, or related field Preferred.

• An effective communicator in managing multi-cultural teams and ability to influence stakeholders on a global level to advance business goals.
• Good business acumen and understanding of the competitive global business environment, as well as an awareness of economic, social and political trends that impact the organization’s global strategy.

• Knowledge of apparel development and managing a diverse product collection a plus.
