• Collaborate with Procurement Category Manager(s) to ensure Spend & Supplier Management is aligned to the overall strategy. Through a matrix organization, indirectly work with technical subject matter experts (including customers, quality, technical, design, engineering, logistics, finance, suppliers) to develop and implement the packaging programs.
• Ensure alignment across CPS, including CPSLT, QSE, Engineering & Quality Teams for prioritization of packaging programs.

Implementation & Program Management:

• Program Management – from Ideation through Implementation/Control that includes cross functional collaboration (end to end – supplier to customer for Global Initiatives including sustainability projects to reduce, reuse and recycle packaging materials
• Gain appropriate stakeholder alignment and approval through network meetings and annual business plan cycles. Identify resources, capability and funding requirements and develop prioritised implementation plans to ensure delivery of programs and projects to meet metrics & targets.

Continuous Improvement & Governance:

• Build capability through creating global standard processes and metrics across the packaging community, aligned to KORE and supporting Customer, Supplier and CPS plant operations.
• Update KORE to ensure regulatory and sustainability objectives are met
• Facilitate replication of best practices and adoption of standard through a defined communication program
• Ensure governance to above standards
• Meet defined sustainability targets/metrics

Risk management:

• Pro-actively work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk through process definition and various risk reduction methodologies.
• Manage significant GLOBAL supply (IMCR) issues
• Eliminate single source situation through standardization and development of the Supplier base and alternative BCP plans.

We’re seeking a proactive go-getter with deep SEO expertise in the APAC region. Your mission will be to manage our growing portfolio of SEO clients, increase revenue from SEO, and build, develop & grow the SEO product at Brainlabs APAC

What you do

• Lead on a portfolio of 3-4 client accounts - forging a strong relationship as their primary point of contact and being accountable for deadlines & final deliverables

Who you are

• Strong SEO specialist with 5-7+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, including proven SEM experience with PPC campaigns on Google (Yahoo and Bing a plus)
• As we’ll be working across in key SEA markets, native speakers (A must in at least one of the following Asian languages) and comfortable with conducting keyword research in other non-native languages using English seed lists and translation tools. Bahasa (for Malaysia and Indonesia), Thai, Vietnamese.
• Ability to set client roadmaps, prioritise activity, and explain your prioritisations
• Identifying and executing Organic strategies that deliver results. Identifying keywords/categories we need to target, not just thinking about search volume and difficulty, ensuring we are laddering up to our clients overarching business goals
• Strong technical SEO knowledge - you should be able to make prioritised technical recommendations without support, with a focus on things like high-value, template-level changes rather than just ticking boxes. Coding experience is a bonus, working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript development and constraints a plus
• Experience in creating and executing Organic content strategies that drive results
• Measuring and Forecasting SEO performance uplifts for key metrics including, rankings, traffic & revenue
• In-depth experience of using tools e.g SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, PSI, Ahrefs, Google Analytics & rank tracking tools such as seoClarity
• Comfort with working with data, particularly using tools like Google Sheets & Excel. The ability to present data in a way that supports your arguments and conclusions without requiring the client to understand every detail

Role Summary:
