We are recruiting for an established real estate company – their AUM stands at about USD100 billion. They are looking to grow their Southeast Asia mandate and will be looking to add an Investment/BD professional to the team.

Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be responsible for proactively manage its investment portfolio to achieve the company's strategic objectives and commercial returns. You will support in formulating and implementing investment strategies to support existing funds and create new funds. You will handle document preparation and completion for all investment activities, preparing written reports and making presentations for investment approval. Requirements:

You have about 10 years of investment experience in Southeast Asia with an in-depth understanding of any of the Southeast Asia real estate markets.

Candidates with any native fluency in the languages and knowledge of logistics and hospitality markets will be held in high regards.
