Job Description

The Director Marketplace Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing the marketplace experience strategy across multiple countries within the region. This role leads a team of marketplace heads and their teams and collaborates with country teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for vendors, customers, and riders. The CPS Global Packaging Director leads the packaging strategy for CPS to ensure that our packaging are meeting high food safety and quality standards and regulations, are driving operational efficiency and productivity, and are evolving leveraging new technologies to meet our World Without Waste commitments as a key part of CPS sustainability ambition.

• Provide strategic direction and ensure broad cross functional stakeholder input and alignment for Global Packaging though creating broad and integrated strategies and plans. Strategies will include alignment across Customer/Procurement/Technical and quality aspects and pro-actively support current and future requirements.
• Global Role with significant cross functional engagement and with a high degree of accountability & engagement for all aspects of developing and managing the packaging category for CPS.
• Ensure the packaging plans and initiatives for “fit for purpose” packaging are delivered in accordance metrics and annual business plans. Provide governance for packaging to ensure focus on regulatory compliance, sustainability, quality, value creation and continuous improvement in people, process and performance measures.

Strategy:

Set the strategic direction for packaging for CPS; develop a broad “fit for use” program focused on sustainability, quality, operational efficiencies and cost reduction incorporating the following aspects:

• Regulatory compliance
• Internal and external customer requirements
• Standardized & optimized package range and specifications
• Specific value creation projects through PMO, enable packaging PI
• Risk Management & Business Continuity Plan implementation
• Governance & Metrics for process and quality improvement

People & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Procurement Category Manager(s) to ensure Spend & Supplier Management is aligned to the overall strategy. Through a matrix organization, indirectly work with technical subject matter experts (including customers, quality, technical, design, engineering, logistics, finance, suppliers) to develop and implement the packaging programs.
• Ensure alignment across CPS, including CPSLT, QSE, Engineering & Quality Teams for prioritization of packaging programs.

Implementation & Program Management:

• Program Management – from Ideation through Implementation/Control that includes cross functional collaboration (end to end – supplier to customer for Global Initiatives including sustainability projects to reduce, reuse and recycle packaging materials
• Gain appropriate stakeholder alignment and approval through network meetings and annual business plan cycles. Identify resources, capability and funding requirements and develop prioritised implementation plans to ensure delivery of programs and projects to meet metrics & targets.

Continuous Improvement & Governance:

• Build capability through creating global standard processes and metrics across the packaging community, aligned to KORE and supporting Customer, Supplier and CPS plant operations.
• Update KORE to ensure regulatory and sustainability objectives are met
• Facilitate replication of best practices and adoption of standard through a defined communication program
• Ensure governance to above standards
• Meet defined sustainability targets/metrics

Risk management:

• Pro-actively work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk through process definition and various risk reduction methodologies.
• Manage significant GLOBAL supply (IMCR) issues
• Eliminate single source situation through standardization and development of the Supplier base and alternative BCP plans.

We’re seeking a proactive go-getter with deep SEO expertise in the APAC region. Your mission will be to manage our growing portfolio of SEO clients, increase revenue from SEO, and build, develop & grow the SEO product at Brainlabs APAC

What you do

• Lead on a portfolio of 3-4 client accounts - forging a strong relationship as their primary point of contact and being accountable for deadlines & final deliverables
• Be adept at delegating & reviewing work from Associates and Managers and understand when to pull in specialist expertise as necessary
• Set client strategy and roadmaps, prioritising high-value work based on organic search opportunity and client business goals
• Drive SEO innovation across strategic clients, prioritising high-impact changes
• Leading and supporting on new business pitches and cross-sell opportunities
• Contribute to the outbound pipeline either through blogging, speaking, sales support, cross-sell, or upsell

Who you are

• Strong SEO specialist with 5-7+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, including proven SEM experience with PPC campaigns on Google (Yahoo and Bing a plus)
• As we’ll be working across in key SEA markets, native speakers (A must in at least one of the following Asian languages) and comfortable with conducting keyword research in other non-native languages using English seed lists and translation tools. Bahasa (for Malaysia and Indonesia), Thai, Vietnamese.
• Ability to set client roadmaps, prioritise activity, and explain your prioritisations
• Identifying and executing Organic strategies that deliver results. Identifying keywords/categories we need to target, not just thinking about search volume and difficulty, ensuring we are laddering up to our clients overarching business goals
• Strong technical SEO knowledge - you should be able to make prioritised technical recommendations without support, with a focus on things like high-value, template-level changes rather than just ticking boxes. Coding experience is a bonus, working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript development and constraints a plus
• Experience in creating and executing Organic content strategies that drive results
• Measuring and Forecasting SEO performance uplifts for key metrics including, rankings, traffic & revenue
• In-depth experience of using tools e.g SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, PSI, Ahrefs, Google Analytics & rank tracking tools such as seoClarity
• Comfort with working with data, particularly using tools like Google Sheets & Excel. The ability to present data in a way that supports your arguments and conclusions without requiring the client to understand every detail
• High level of commercial awareness both from a client and internal perspective
• Experience pitching for small-medium sized accounts
