• Support in student disciplinary and grievance matters, including the provision of secretariat and administrative support to the Board of Discipline and Board of Appeal.
• Assist in investigation and interviews, documentation, and reporting of student disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Ensure prompt updates in student disciplinary and grievance cases in IN4SIT and tracking file.
• Liaison officer and provide guidance to faculty members on student disciplinary matters.
• Assist in responding to general office administrative matters and inquiries on student disciplinary matters from various channels; i.e via Student Conduct mailbox, phone calls and walk-in
