THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director, Global Workforce Development to lead innovative workforce development initiatives, particularly focused on IoT applications in field settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the software and IoT sectors, especially in Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, and India, and will be passionate about building inclusive training programs.

The Director will coordinate strategies, partnerships, and programs to secure funding, enhance the company's reputation in IoT, and support member companies in attracting, training, and retaining a diverse workforce.
