Reporting to the Centre Director, this role is a dedicated internal and external service position involving parental engagement, regular interactions with champs, working co-operatively with all team members, and managing administrative matters related to centre.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and ensure overall smooth running of centre.

• Staff supervision and mentoring/

• Active network and relationship building with parents and stakeholders

• Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre.

• Handle centre tour; operation portion.

• Prepare financial and centre reports.

• Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training

• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre and within premises.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

• Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in managing an education or enrichment centre

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

• Excellent customer service demeanour with proven ability to connect with parents

Job Roles & Responsibilities.

• Supervises and guides primary school students in their school homework, spelling and revision in at least three subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
• Provides a positive, nurturing, safe & secure learning environment for students
• Maintains order in the classroom and ensure students' safety, welfare and security protocols are met at all times
• Conducts in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify target markets and develop tailored sales strategies to attract prospective students through various channels, including online marketing, events and partnerships.
• Supervise, mentor and provide leadership to the student recruitment, ensuring individual and team performance meets set targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align recruitment campaigns with overall brand positioning and marketing efforts, including social media, events and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international educational agents, schools and other partners to increase the flow of prospective students.
• Represent MindChamps at recruitment fairs, school visits and other promotional events to build awareness and convert leads into enrollments.
• Track recruitment activities, measure success against KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage relationships with prospective students and their families throughout the recruitment process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis and new opportunities in the early childhood education sector to refine recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment or business development in the higher education sector is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/recruitment targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of sales professionals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
