Job Description:
- Attend mandatory courses and training sessions as required by the Ministry of Education or related authorities.
- Representing the Kindergarten in attending some events when required.
- Act as the Person In-Charge between the kindergarten and government authorities.
- Maintain strong ties and foster positive relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and support.
- Focus on maintaining compliance and governmental relationships.
- As a representative figure for the Kindergarten, prioritizing regulatory alignment and upholding the institution's reputation.
- Commuting to the Kindergarten is generally not required unless for specific, exceptional circumstances.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Early Childhood or Education related industry.
- Experience working as a Kindergarten Principal/ Advisor is preferred.
- Willing to attend courses, training sessions, and events when required.
- Minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations and guidelines is an added advantage.
- Adaptability to work collaboratively with government entities or act as a liaison.
Compensation:
- Work arrangement: WFH / Online
- Working hours: 1-2 days per week (subject to company arrangement)
