The Growth & Development team at Wärtsilä Energy is a key function in our market engagement, sales strategy, and strategic alignment. We work closely with our sales and technology teams to identify the best markets for our solutions. 1. Market Development: Evaluate country-level power system analyses and models together with the global modelling team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

• Qualifications: hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Finance, Energy, or Economics or another field that supports the task.
• Experience: The position is suitable for a recently graduated candidate or a person with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Languages: You need to be fluent in English; another Asian language would be an advantage.

A successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach and demonstrate ownership and responsibility for driving their own work.
