Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the vision, annual missions, and fiscal year directions from HQ, and Department to ensure holistic alignment in progress and growth.
- Contribute to continuous parts supply in company’s distribution channels by establishing a business continuity plan (BCP).
- Facilitate and participate in transparent and interactive communication to address irregularities and expedite idea-based decision-making.
- Propose and drive continuous improvements in business operations to enhance the branding of Department and exceed industry standards.
- Maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders, especially in supply chain management (SCM).
- Establish Department’s Calendar as a directive tool for the department’s timeline.
- Prepare Department for upcoming weekly tasks and monthly milestones to achieve annual missions by conducting periodic updates (e.g., Department Weekly Dashboard) with reference to the Calendar. Provide guidance and support to Department groups in establishing coordinated monthly plans.
- Continuously improve the standards of Department’s common documents and materials.
- Lead and facilitate departmental events.
- Create and maintain a Business Planning Report (e.g., BP Dashboard) reflecting progress and plans.
- Support data extraction from SAP/Tableau and consolidate information to prepare for departmental meetings.
- Implement necessary measures to cultivate the Department in all businesses to improve Department’s branding.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Perform other duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating efforts across multiple business groups within complex supply chain management.
- Basic knowledge in either end-to-end supply chain management or aftersales markets within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic proficiency in SAP (SD and/or MM module).
- Proactive in converting ambiguous departmental tasks into well-defined assignments.
- Strong drive to lead operational improvements, particularly in enhancing departmental branding.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in task execution.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel
