• Resolves billing disputes by collaborating with Sales Operations, Sales teams, and other internal departments as needed.
• Escalates collection accounts with significant payment issues to Collection and Sales management.
• Works with credit analyst on financial distress accounts
• Negotiates payment plans for accounts in financial distress and ensures approval.
• for the plan according to the established approval matrix.
• Performs a series of collection activities in accordance with Salesforce's collection policy and processes. These actions may include:
• Escalates and ensure to obtain approval for suspension warning sending.
• Performs account suspension on delinquent accounts in compliance with the specified policy, following the required collection activities.
• Provides Suspended account information to Write Off and Bad Debt team
• Participates on process improvement projects as assigned.
• Provides reports on assigned portfolio as requested to collection management.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies

Job Requirement:

• 2 years credit collections experience in a high growth environment or equivalent experience and education.
• Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions.

This position of a consultant is for a role of a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within the ‘Instrument Data Management Services’ department, which services the Instruments/Product Reference Data requirements of the Client organization. This role in our Operations function, requires coordination between the Offshore and Data consumers teams within client organization to handle escalations, alongside performing data and price maintenance, data quality checks and the associated controls/checks. Job Responsibilities:

The IT Application BA shall focus on the business requirements and functional solutions aspects of the project.
