Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project/Site Engineer for Architectural and Structural systems to assist in the supervision, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in managing various site activities, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in architectural system site supervision works, ensuring quality and progress.
· Coordinate project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site.
· Oversee project works, manpower mobilization, material planning, and ordering.
· Communicate internally with various departments and externally with clients and subcontractors.
· Coordinate and follow-up on project submissions to authorities.
· Produce regular site progress reports and submit necessary documentation.
· Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of architectural system site works.
· Supervise manpower scheduling and deployment to meet project timelines.
· Ensure the timely completion and quality of subcontractor works.
· Prepare and submit method statements and other required reports.
· Review and monitor architectural and structural system drawings and approval statuses.
· Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum 1-5 years of experience in construction projects.
· Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
· Familiarity with project management processes across all project stages.
