Key Stakeholders

• Key stakeholder interactions are CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs and Business/Function Heads in the countries. The Cluster Head is responsible for leading SCM efforts to efficiently and effectively enable spend owners within the business and functions to maximise the value the bank receives from suppliers to meet their objectives
• Establish relationships with senior budget holders to ensure that SCM is aligned with business objectives and to enlist support in participating in cost and supply base improvement efforts

Duties

Reporting to the Project Manager.

· Collect and analyse operational data from HVAC systems to assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvements.

· Conduct audits or re-commissioning work focusing on HVAC systems.

· Perform initial data assessments of clients' cooling systems to measure current efficiency levels.

· Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.

· Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the technical feasibility and financial impact of proposed improvement plan.

· Contribute to preparing high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development efforts.
