• Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services and infrastructure works.
• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings, and other documents prepared for the different stages of a project.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical engineering works.
• Work together with other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
• Correspond with project experience acquired and individual competency in technical knowledge/skills, project management, and contract administration.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services and infrastructure works. Those with more than 5 years of relevant experience may considered for a Senior role.
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.
• Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement, and monitor work
• Schedule following the master and detailed work program
• Liaise with a Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle technical and engineering problems
• Guide supervisors about construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• must have Lifting Engineer Certification for a Senior role
• Experienced in Singapore underground project, D/wall, and other structural works
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LTA Project is preferred
• willing to work 6 days and/or 5.5 days per week

Shift-work (only 3.5 days per week)

JOB SUMMARY
The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned.
Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service
level agreements and customer satisfaction.
Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting
to draw conclusions to the project team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
 - Support Level 1 & Service tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
- Analyse, Troubleshoot, solve assigned tickets by the Team lead.
 - Formalize corrective action plans or local workaround within the SLA
 - Solve or escalate the analysis to the Level 2 support
 - Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress
 - Maintain components of IT infra and backend, including Hardware and Software
 - Replacements of Hardware/Endpoint equipment when faulty.
 - Perform site administration activities – Regular health checks on endpoints, Regular restart of
services, monthly report submission.
 - Perform Preventive maintenance of servers and wide range of endpoint devices.
 - Backup and Restore – Database backups, logs housekeeping, Image backup of endpoint,
workstation, servers etc.,
 - Perform OS Patching, Anti-virus update, security patching.
 - Assist in Change/Service request deployment and testing.

Job Descriptions

a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) related project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

b) Assist Project Manager in E&M works including supply, delivery, diversion, modification, installation, testing and commissioning and handing over of all electrical installations, mechanical works, and other facilities for the project, in accordance to the master and detailed work program.

c) Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.

d) To supervise the execution of E&M works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract document.

e) To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all E&M aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

f) Liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.

g) Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.

h) Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

i) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

· At least 3 of working experience in the construction industry.
