Requirements:

• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

Position: Site Engineer

Specialisation: Engineer-Civil/Construction/Structural

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the construction works to comply with all the relevant regulation and special specification.

· In charge of construction submission, approval and inspection procedures in Singapore.

· Responsible for shop drawing, as-built drawing.

· Site inspection, management and coordinate on site activities.

· Ensure safety & compliance of work on site.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline

· Fresh graduate

· Experience in Bored Piling will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP).
• Perform risk assessments, gap analysis, and prepare validation documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of validation strategies for process and utility systems (e.g., HVAC, water systems, cleanrooms).
• Lead or participate in FAT, SAT, and related commissioning activities.
• Ensure all CQV activities meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Continuously monitor and improve validation processes in alignment with industry standards and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of CQV experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CQV of manufacturing equipment, including bioreactors, lyophilizers, or packaging lines.
• Familiarity with computerized systems validation (CSV) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

1. Prepare reports, designs and drawings.

2. Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals like RTO and subcontractors.

3. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

4. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

5. Inspect project to ensure conformance to design specifications.

6. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, schedule materials and equipment purchase and delivery.

7. Other duties as assigned.
