Job Description:

• Take ownership and coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and seamless support for daily IT/Desktop operations.
• Provide assistance in daily IT/AV operations and routine tasks.
• Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or AV systems in the Singapore office.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log and report operational faults, and resolve them promptly to minimize system downtime.
• Provide logistical support for events, including recording, editing, and publishing in accordance with time-sensitive requirements.
• Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office.

• Understanding of Audio Visual systems, show lighting systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with operating various audio, video applications, and room AV systems is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English language.
• 2-3 years of technology support experience, preferably in operations support, IT support, video conferencing, and/or audio-visual support in the investment banking industry.
• Entry-level candidates specialized in IT/Computer Hardware or equivalent are preferred.
• Knowledge in operation of Blackmagic Design Atem 1 Broadcast Panel, and Allen and Heath system is preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or any equivalent video editing software is a plus.

Senior Software Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software for automated semi-conductor process equipment.
• Improve equipment performance through CIPs and other development initiatives.
• Support field work to upgrade and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Studies or it’s equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in programming on Windows (XP and above) environment.
• Good experience in C++, VC++, MFC, SQL and OOP.
• Good knowledge in developing multi-threaded control software, SEMI SECS/ GEM equipment connectivity standard and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hardware experience in using Servo, Stepper Motion Controller, Analog Device and High Speed I/O.
• Knowledge in PLC will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player.

RF Unit

• Disassemble Signal generator unit and Calibrate the unit according to SOP
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCB assemblies
• Soldering work and board rework on HD, surface-mount PCB assemblies
• Provide necessary fault information and repair records for work carried out
• Knowledge of handling different test and measuring equipment, LCR meter and Oscilloscope
• Complete repair job in a timely manner
• Maintain SOP documents required for daily repair/rework operation
