Key Responsibilities

- Report to the Project Director / Manager in Charged of the WTW system.

- Project Support: Provide technical expertise to oversee the design, development and construction of the WTW system.

- Interface with WTW system designer, vendors, fabricators including drawings reviews, sourcing equipment, cost control and monitoring, schedule monitoring and update.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase spare parts market share and revenue, while striving to meet sales growth targets and expanding into new markets.
• Handle sales opportunities from leads to ensure timely fulfilment and profitability and provide accurate forecasts and sales pipeline plans for management.
• Promote service sales (aftermarket products) alongside spare parts sales to distributors and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Offer technical support to distributors with extensive knowledge of diesel industrial engines and optimize inventory levels to balance costs and availability.
• Maintain records of projects, pricing, sales, and activities, and create and present proposals to sales representatives, customers, and prospects.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives across functional areas and perform other assigned duties related to parts sales and aftermarket activities.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the spare parts or automotive industry.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer service mindset and enthusiasm for spare parts/power generation products.
• Independent and results-oriented, with a strong business sense and good interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarinto liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Prior experience with engine manufacturers' spare parts is beneficial.
• Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for quality assurance and version iteration testing to ensure functional quality of the final products.
• Responsible for the design, execution, and standardisation of non-functional tests and checks (performance, maintainability, etc) based on different product needs and user needs.
• Participate in long-term quality promotion work, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, version quality analysis, project reviews, etc.
• Explore and investigate various technologies, methodologies, and/or processes for improvement of software projects’ quality and/or overall test quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance for software products.

• Review the assembly of the physical module.
• Perform design improvements where appropriate.
