• A bachelor Degree in a related discipline
• Proven track record in project management, data analysis skills
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Knowledge/ Experience of warehousing/ ecomm operations
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule effectively and independently
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• 5 years experience in a supply chain project implementation
• Travel requirement: ~30% (project stage dependent)

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop existing Ship Supply businesses.

· Develop and enhance customer relationships

· Identify and secure new business opportunities

· Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales, grow business with existing customers

· Develop a frontline relationship with customers

· Communicate trends/pricing issues and other unique issues as it relates to sales

· Work closely with Operations and management with regard to sales needs

· Analyse market information and sales information to keep abreast of the latest development.

· Handle running order quotations.

· Handle cruise and tender quotations.

· Assisting the Accounts team to highlight those customers who are late payments or chasing payment.

· Handle customer complaint

· Provide personalized service to customers (e.g. delivery)

· Other responsibilities as and when required.

What you’ll achieve

Responsible for global supply planning for their specific platform/commodity area. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Engages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Develops and maintains working relationships with global internal/external supply chain partners.

You will:

• Works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability at product launch.
• Works directly with suppliers or tier 2 supplier if required to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.
• Coordinates global supply with regional procurement.
• Balances available supply globally against regional requirements.
• Performs long-range capacity analysis for their commodity.

Job Description:

1. Loading/unloading of plants and products for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries

2. To check and verify outgoing items are consistent with the Delivery Orders

3. Check Delivery Orders, Cash Bills, or Tax Invoices for sales delivery are properly completed before leaving on delivery

4. Plan delivery routes according to the company's arrangement and customer's request in order to ensure proper delivery is completed on time

5. Deliver items to the correct location and do proper goods receiving process

6. Clean and maintain assigned vehicles and accessories on regular basis. Remind in-charge personnel for the scheduling of servicing, of necessary repair works, of vehicle inspection datelines, etc.

7. Any other job scope or tasks to be appointed

Job Requirements:

- Possess valid Class 3 Singapore driving license or more

- Preferably 2 years of delivery experience

- Familiar with Singapore routes

- Possess positive attitude and initiative

Working Day & Timing:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am -12:00pm
