DIVISION operates global-basis business by leveraging the regional offices based in Japan, China, America, Europe, India and other regions. DIVISION also tries to expand its business by providing various value-added scheme (in logistic, derivative etc.) to global counterparties, which contains complicated business scheme with various risk factors.

Under this global basis business model, it is important to equip DIVISION with the robust framework / structure of risk management. Middle office is responsible to establish such foundation under DIVISION by supporting global head, and to monitor various risk factors and PL under its trading portfolio, through communicating with various stakeholders such as traders in DIVISION, colleagues in corporate division in RtMI, employees in regional offices and MC Headquarters.
