What will you do?

The Service Order & Planning Manager is responsible to ensure the Service Orders & Contracts are well created and booked according to the Customer’s Purchase Orders ensuring all relevant detailed information are correctly recorded in the IT system. Also responsible for scheduling the execution of Service Operations at the customer site ensuring spare-parts, tools, instructions, workforce, travel optimization, qualified Services Representatives, to allow the service execution team to properly implement the service delivery and the Customer expectations.
