Responsibilities

· Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the customers’ needs on regular basis & maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

· Partner with solution team & delivery team to develop account strategy plan and business plan.

· Research on telco industry and perform market insight to ensure the competitiveness of proposed solution.

· Achieve annual business plan through efficient internal collaboration and proper customer approaching.

· Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.

· Handle related duties which are necessary for the proper management of key accounts and duties assigned.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.

· Candidate from ICT background is strongly preferred related with carrier network.

· Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

· At least 5 years of experience in sales or relevant experiences, or similar client support role a plus.

· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be customer oriented, detail-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision.

· Strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated and self-directed.

Good understanding of test methodology and experience in a SDLC (software development lifecycle) project implementation process

Minimum 10 years’ experience in testing, preferably within a banking/financial services environment

Knowledge and hands-on experience on Project Management, Functional and Non-Functional testing and Defect Management

Work with Key internal and external stakeholder to ensure test plan, strategy and QA plan is understood and implemented as per plan

Domain experience in Wealth Management.

The nature of projects in this role will focus on driving value from Visa’ unique data assets and collaborating with Visa Product Consumer Solutions team to solve their most strategic business problems.   Here are some sample projects

• Engagement Solutions:     Enhance existing Visa loyalty platform data models by embedding various AI solutions and drive cross-functional discussions
• Modern Credential Solutions:          Leverage data-driven solutions to develop case studies, better understand consumer targeting, optimize merchant flows and put together convincing, data-based narratives to sell new visa product solutions to issuer and seller side participants.
• Affluent portfolio optimization:     Design proper analytics metrics to measure Visa cardholders’ performance, size opportunities and derive actionable insights to support Visa Product team on revamp Visa core product value propositions.
