Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Raise tax invoices and credit notes in the company’s accounting system
• Reconcile A/R balance on a regular basis; monitor and chase long overdue debts with relevant parties
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

Accounts Payable

• Verify and input suppliers’ invoices/payments in the company’s accounting system
• Process payments on a timely basis
• Reconcile A/P balance on a regular basis
• Reconcile petty cash disbursements

Inventory/Fixed assets

• Inventory management, investigating discrepancies
• Resolve inventory issues, inventory levels, obsolescence, disappearance
• Periodic stock-taking and preparation of inventory report
• Manage fixed assets activities and ensure all assets are accountable

Ad-hoc Administrative work

• GST and other statutory reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintain a full set of accounts and produce monthly consolidated reports

Skills & Qualifications

Clinic Manager duties:

* Supervise a team of Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient operations at our GP clinic

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, demand, and production teams to align on supply forecasts and plans.
• Lead regular cross-functional meetings to ensure synchronized planning and execution.
• Manage the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners regarding order status.
• Strategically allocate orders based on inventory levels, priority, and demand forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ supply/ production planning experience dealing with finished goods. Any experience in consumer products – especially furniture, would be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and suppliers)
• You should be able to navigate complex, multinational Manufacturing supply chains.
• You should naturally gravitate to solving problems and have the relevant troubleshooting/ solutioning skills.
• You should be a proactive & reliable project manager; communicating promptly, clearly, and concisely across countries and cultures.
